As an extension of the principal’s office, we take immediate action and carry out all necessary activities. We provide detailed item-wise Proforma D/A (Disbursement Account) along with explanatory notes to ensure clear understanding. Upon receiving agency nomination, we offer comprehensive guidelines to both the master and operations staff of the principal.
We place significant importance on maintaining continuous and accurate reporting to our principals regarding all ship activities in the port. Upon the vessel’s departure, we promptly send departure reports along with essential documents such as NOR (Notice of Readiness), SOF (Statement of Facts), copy of B/L (Bill of Lading), survey reports, and more. We proactively seek instructions from our principal in advance regarding the issuance of B/L and D/O (Delivery Order). Additionally, we provide appropriate guidance to the master to incorporate necessary remarks in the B/L and SOF.
